Description
They say a picture can tell a thousand words because of this we have carefully used iconography that all have a relationship to one another. As you will see the Day always starts of with the sun rising it gives life to many things in particular “Kalo” or “Taro” which is a representation of “Kane” or “Man” known as a staple food of the Kanaka Maoli extensively used during long journeys over the ocean because of its resilience to spoilage. The Uhi design that you see on either side is a representation of the path of Kamehameha look closely and you will see his footsteps that continue to make way constinently in foward movement as we should be in life. A simple yet thought provoking piece.
